Purple Palate

The Black Tongue, a lot like a “purple palate”, goes with being a true red wine aficionado. This has become a go-to Shiraz for many of our regular customers, who love a good, honest Barossan Shiraz at a good, honest price point. With brooding savoury fruit aromatics and rich dark tannins, the Black Tongue offers lashings of blackberries and plums, leading to a soft finish.
