150 dozen produced and first release. Co fermented, open top and hand plunged. Only around 3% Viognier added which is enough to pick the senses but not too much to drown the elegant cool climate shiraz characters that ooze gently from the glass. Spicy, rich and warming. It’s like a liquid Italian sausage, with its pepper and spice, but silky on the palate. It’s light and lively and just so damn slurpable. Get some while it lasts! -DD
