Purple Palate

Cabernet often shows itself on the nose in very subtle forms. This wine offers just the opposite, with a nose that is powerful, varietal and at the same time multi layered. With menthol, mulberry and dried blackcurrants and more savoury cocoa powder and cigar box, the nose is a wonderful melee that I could smell all day. The palate is clean and varietal with drying tannins that go on and on and on. - SG
