Although we all know the Barossa is renowned for its fantastic Shiraz, I believe the Seize the Day Cabernet Sauvignon actually manages to shade its more famous red friend. The fruit is of the same excellent quality but there is a touch more complexity and elegance here, not to mention some French Oak of the highest order. It's a treat to drink now, but I'd be hiding some away in the cellar for another eight years time. It's a serious wine that will only get better. -JP
