I really do enjoy this wine – it’s such a complex expression of 2005 Eden Valley Riesling. I’ve tasted it a number of times – from release to now and wow – what a wine. Get some while it lasts. It opens with a complex toasty note on the nose that slides into rich limes on the palate. It has weight and it has texture – this wine is in it for the long haul! Great acid on the palate, not fat and oily – just complex. It finishes with amazing length and strength – a real winner for the cellar! - DD
