Having won Best Sparkling wine at the 2010 Australian Small Winemakers Show, this wine brings all kinds of flavours to life. So very mouthwatering, this bubbly elixir sent my body into happy convulsions. To combat the subsequent hunger pangs, I turned to a Gruyere and Spinach Tart - this matched the wine well. A long finish with a full spectrum of apple and citrus flavours. Excellent bead (bubbles). I know now what I'm getting mum for Christmas! - DJ
