Purple Palate

Let us take a moment to appreciate a wine that shows us some of the wonderful Cabernet fruit that can be grown in the Eden Valley. Minimal intervention and natural ferments allow for the fruit flavours, tannins and acidity to reflect that moment in the vineyard when the fruit is picked. Wayne Ahrens has created a brilliant wine that has not been touched by fining agents or unnatural products and is a pleasure to drink. -SG
