Purple Palate

Sourced from 40 year old vines at Lyndoch and Angaston and matured in old French oak, this Cabernet is true to the Soul Growers style – rich and rustic. Blackcurrant aromas lead to a luscious palate dominated by dark black fruits and a touch of spice. Produced in tiny quantities - only one hogshead barrel was produced. Great now for a cosy winter’s night in front of the fire. Cellar with confidence for at least five years. -JL
