This 2007 Shiraz Cabernet captures the amazing value that Stella Bella can offer in their Skuttlebutt range. It's drinking like a champion right now and will hold for at least another three years. There's a great balance of sweeter black fruits, raspberry and chocolate oak all in a package that retains finesse. Juicy but with good tannin and acid giving it the spine of a higher priced wine.
