This is an amazing twist of a wine. With its depth of flavor, and layers of complexity, this wine just kept changing and evolving in the glass. There is strength in the Shiraz (79%), spiciness in the Grenache (16%) and a tariness from the Tempranillo (5%), coupled with some traditional spice, cracked pepper and mintiness. A really enjoyable wine – let it open up and tell you a story. -DD
