El Nino's shiraz has a medium-deep magenta appearance, with an aroma that is spicy, plum and berry aromas with hints of regional pepper and mint. The palate is generous and powerful, and builds in intensity as the wine is savoured. It's medium to full bodied with rich mid-palate fruit and a long finish. This shiraz will drink well now but can be cellared for some years to develop its character.
