CHARLES PELLETIER BLANC BRUT

  • Image 1

To respect the Traditional Method, the grapes that are best suited to this method of vinification are selected to obtain very expressive wines. Only white grapes with white juice are used, hence –Blanc de Blancs”. The Traditional Method requires specific qualities during production. The wine ages naturally in the bottle for at least 9 months, which allows a natural secondary fermentation. Refrigerated cellars store the wine and ensure vinification is carried out correctly.
