Champagne Masterclass

So after touring France and drinking some cracking Champagne I've come back ready to relate some stories and drink some great bubbles.

A bit of Pol Roger NV and vintage, a bit of Blanc de Blanc from a great Aussie Producer, some Sparkling Roses and (if you guys are lucky) my favorite Champagne.
