This region and sub-climate nurtures each individual vine, and projects the enticing characteristics which results in pure soil, pure environment and pure excellence.

Tasting Notes

One of the finest Sauvignon Blanc’s to be released from the infamous cool climate wine region that is the Adelaide Hills. The nose displays passionate aromas of gooseberry, lemon blossom and intense tropical notes. This delivers through to a palate that is immersed with flavours of lime, green capsicum and honeydew melon. The zesty acid balances out the fruit and strives to enrapture this sensation on the palate that refreshes and lingers with elegance.
